Samples must arrive in a crimped, unopened vial. The Certificate of Analysis will list the company or individual name you provide. Adding an email is optional.
¹ Endotoxin and Heavy Metal share one unopened, crimped vial per sample. If Purity is also ordered, include a separate Purity vial.
